Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate should be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer Satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls, Chats and Email Tickets.
  2. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  3. Set appointments and follow up with prospects via email and phone.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  5. Creating Documentation and help Files to streamline the process.
  6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Graduate/ Under Graduate with 2-3 yrs of experience in customer Support.
  2. Track record of over-achieving quota.
  3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  4. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  5. Flexible with Shifts.

Note:

  1. No cab services will be provided
  2. Only male candidates will be preferred for this role
